What we collect
We follow a local-first philosophy. When possible, your data stays on your device and never touches our servers.
If you enable cloud sync, we store your app data and a way to authenticate you (email or Apple ID). Synced data is encrypted — we use end-to-end encryption when feasible, meaning we can't read it even if we wanted to.
This website doesn't use cookies, trackers, or analytics.
What we don't do
- Sell or share your data with advertisers
- Build behavioral profiles
- Collect data "for future use"
- Use third-party analytics that track you
- Make export or deletion difficult
Your control
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. These aren't legal requirements we grudgingly comply with — they're features we build in from the start. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days (often much sooner).
Third parties
The only third parties that process your data are Apple (for App Store purchases and iCloud, if used) and our hosting providers (who can't read your data due to encryption).
Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Regardless of where you live, we provide these rights to all users:
- Access: Request a copy of your data
- Correction: Fix inaccurate information
- Deletion: Delete your account and data
- Portability: Export your data in standard formats
- Objection: Opt out of specific data uses
We don't sell personal information. We don't share data for behavioral advertising. California residents: we don't respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because we don't track you in the first place.
